Getting back on track.
So a lot has been going on and I’m in the middle of making some changes. Big one for me I guess. And I knew I needed to get back into working out and eating right.
So I fought off the urge to roll back over when my alarm went off. I had some toast and just finished 15 miles on the bike. Watching season 4 of Big Bang Theory finally. A much better way to exercise. :)
I want to ride outside, but considering we have several inches of snow and more still coming down, that’s probably not happening this week. Or at least the next few days.

So I suck at this.
But I’m going to try and start running and biking a lot, now that spring is more or less here. I need to be outside. And my dad is excited about getting me biking. Any good biking/running sites I can use to help learn(more running than biking) and set goals and things with?

20 miles. So sore. Mostly just because of the seat of it.

Now it’s pony time. I don’t care that the only thing I do is feed ponies of late, I like going out and just being around them. Definitely helps the stress level. Most of the time anyways.
