To be honest about myself I have absolutely no self control or self motivation. I know that. It is why I weigh what I do. But this winter I was lucky enough to have a horse fall into my lap, so I decided to buy her. I don’t know what is going to happen, but if she stays long term(she will be 1yo at the end of May), I want to be healthy enough and light enough to be the one that gets to start her, or to do a big part of it. I don’t want to miss out on riding in general. But to justify it I need to get myself healthy. Hopefully this little filly is a huge motivation for me. I think she will be, she has been a lot of fun to have around already.

2/2 this week. Haha. It is only Tuesday. But the upside to working these stupid 5 to close shifts is that I have all morning alone to workout and get it done. I’m determined. Trying to see if I can take off in the 5-10lbs from consistently working out before Rolex, in just over 2 weeks. I know that seems like a lot, but by not really changing anything but being more active it is a reality. Because I do nothing usually. I WILL DO IT.

Found a squat challenge video I really like and a short arm video that was painful. I have no upper body strength, so it should be a basic that will help.

Time to kick my butt in gear. Finding a workout to do on demand.
